Lal agha kakar so of malik sheer agha kakr was born in naghrak village, surkhrod district, Nangarhar province since 1962 then immigrated to peshawer pak and continous his studing there up to master degree, the first job he has taken in mahaz mule party in peashawer as a assitant then became finance director, in gov of mujahiden he came to af as a representive of mahaz mile when destory the gov of mujahiden then lalagha kakar took job in costume house at the end of Taliban gov he he immigrated to peshawer agian, while the gov of Taliban distory by mujahiden with the help of amirecan gov, the announced temporary gov and Hamid karzi became president of AF the LAL agha Kakar got a job as president of chamber of commerce in lahor- pak after few months he transferred to peshawer then he elected himself for election of parliament by any reason he failed then he was jobless for along time, while Gul agha sheer zai became as governor of Nangarhar province he hired LAL agha Kakar as mayor of jalal abad he had mayor for 8 years, after election of presidency m asraf Ghani became president of AF he dimiss LAL agha Kakar from mayor position, after few years jobless he became leader of 52 nation in Nangarhar up to now he continue that position- he is elected for the next election of Parliament.
