Ustad Bakhtani was a member of Weesh Zulmeyan Literature Movement and had served in different posts in the government’s administrations. Leadership of the ministry for information and culture condoled death of late Bakhtani to his family, writers and researchers of the country and wished paradise for him.  May his soul rest in peace.
